What is our Solution ?
We realised many years ago that the people we sold to purchased more than just till rolls – they bought many other consumable items and they were getting bogged down speaking to supplier after supplier for the products that they required.
We understood that their time was vastly more important than wasting it on ringing twenty plus suppliers a day – they needed help!
We had been wanting to increase our product portfolio and this gave us a fantastic opportunity to do just that. So we started asking what else they thought we could help with and it soon became apparent that we could supply them with a host of products as we had a whole database of suppliers that could give us excellent pricing on the things that were in demand.
However (and more importantly) we understood that whilst giving a great price is important we had the ability to offer a full logistics package to the customer and this is where our success lies.
We focused on providing a pick and pack offering that would give the customer hundreds of products, on line, all despatched from our warehouse in West Yorkshire direct to either their central warehouse, RDC’s or even delivered to individual outlets.

What is a store audit ?
This is where we spend time in some of your stores trying to get an understanding of the current processes that are involved with respect to bringing in products to the store.
We have a wealth of experience talking to many retailers and we can quickly gain an understanding of what is good and more importantly what could do with some more improvement.
We speak to the store manager and have a list of questions that we ask to find out what happens with regards to bringing in the products we have highlighted above.
Once we have done the audits then we prepare a report that we will send to you which has our recommendations included.
There is NO OBLIGATION to take things further but our experience is that once the process starts you will most likely want to work with us to implement the new ideas we have recommended.
